When the kitchen slows down, RITRÒ becomes the lounge bar of the historic centre: low lights, signature cocktails and outdoor tables on the pedestrian square. Until midnight on weekdays, until 02:00 on Friday and Saturday.
The bar’s signatures (R Martini, Margarita Tinto, Bonet, 90s Disco, Basilisco) alongside the classics done properly: Negroni, Old Fashioned, Dry Martini. Every drink gets its glass, its ice and its time.
The full drink listA gin selection with 15 labels from around the world, each paired with its tonic, plus Franciacorta and sparkling wines by the glass for those who prefer perlage to juniper.
Sparkling and wines by the glassThe evening starts early: from 17:00, aperitivo with Venetian cicchetti (cacio e pepe bon-bons, cod croquettes, Cantabrian anchovies), each with its recommended cocktail pairing.
The aperitivo menuOn Thursday and Friday evenings the lounge lights up with a DJ set: 70s, 80s and 90s music from 19:00 to midnight, cocktail in hand, in Piazza San Paolo.
